At the foot of the ramparts of the city, close to the Hospices de Beaune, Le Jardin des Remparts is a gastronomic restaurant offering a cuisine with unexpected marriages. For if the chef Roland Chanliaud, takes its inspiration from the seasons and market products, he also likes a surprise and amaze guests.
It is a subtle alchemy which operates for the charm, comfort and truth places the plate. In addition to the restaurant on the ground floor you can enjoy the piano bar upstairs and the lovely terrace outside.
